A safe swimming and leisure centre
Tromsøbadet is committed to a safe environment for our guests. Safety is our highest priority. That is why "Safe" is one of Tromsøbadet’s three core values.
We work systematically to reduce risks and prevent accidents and injuries affecting guests, employees, buildings and equipment. Our approach includes risk assessments, training, skills development, good leadership and clear health and safety routines.
Emergency response exercise 2025
On 25 February 2025, Tromsøbadet held an emergency preparedness day, including a rescue exercise with the Tromsø Ambulance Service. The exercise provided valuable lessons for our lifeguards and the ambulance personnel involved.
