Gift card terms

  • The gift card can be purchased online
  • Choose the amount you want to add to the gift card
  • Use the gift card for pool admission, in the café and in the shop at Tromsøbadet
  • Valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue

How do I buy a gift card?

  • CLICK HERE to buy a gift card
  • AMOUNT: Enter your chosen amount in Norwegian kroner, then select Next (Neste)
  • RECIPIENT: Choose the gift card recipient yourself (Meg selv) or someone else (Noen andre)
    • If you choose yourself (Meg selv), enter your name and the email address where you want to receive the gift card and purchase receipt
    • If you choose someone else (Noen andre), complete the following:
    • Send to (Sendes til): enter the recipient’s name and the email address where the gift card should be sent. This can be the recipient’s address or your own. In the greeting field (Hilsen), enter who the gift is from, or leave it blank.
    • Send from (Sendes fra): enter your name and the email address where you want to receive the purchase receipt.
  • PAYMENT:
    • Select Next to proceed to payment
    • Select Complete payment (Fullfør betaling) and complete the payment through Netaxept (NETS)

Wait a few minutes, then check that the gift card and receipt have arrived at the correct email addresses. Remember to check your junk or spam folder if the email has not arrived.

The gift card includes a barcode, QR code and gift card number. Bring these with you to use the gift card at Tromsøbadet.
